BE WITH US IN PERSON Tu Bishvat Seder and Judaism: the Essentials (20:00) On Tu Bishvat we mark the New Year of trees, but the festival has gone through a number of iterations and taken on new significance over the centuries. Join Rabbi Elliott and Student Rabbi Eleanor as we celebrate our annual Tu Bishvat Seder, where we eat symbolic fruits and drink four cups of wine to represent the four seasons of the year. We will also explore the historical layers of meaning of Tu Bishvat through Jewish texts. Alyth Theatre Trip - Cable Street – A new musical by Tim Gilvin and Alex Kanefsky Thursday 29 February, Southwark Playhouse, Borough (19:30) Alyth has reserved 23 tickets for the above performance. Either meet at Alyth at 16:30 for a pre-theatre talk on Cable Street and light refreshments after which we will travel together to the theatre, or meet at Golders Green Station at 18:00 to travel together. Alternatively, meet at the theatre at 19:10. Tickets for this show are fast selling out.
