Panken Professor of Liturgy and Midrash at Hebrew Union College, and is one of the world’s leading experts in Jewish liturgy and creative liturgy and the lead editor of the Israeli Reform siddur, Tfillat HaAdam (2020). We are delighted that she will join us to explore currents in Reform liturgy and how the current Israeli Reform siddur developed. A siddur is also a form of protest and Dalia will help us discuss the importance of having a Progressive Jewish movement in Israel at this troubled time in its history. We are delighted to let the community know that Rabbi Hannah and Marc have had a baby boy, born on Wednesday. Mazal tov to them and to their families. If you wish to send cards/messages, please do so via the synagogue office and we will arrange for them to be delivered.
