SHABBAT MORNING 11 DECEMBER LEARN WITH US IN PERSON AND ONLINE Shabbat Shiur (09:15-10:15) “It was not you who sent me here, but God”: Divine Providence in the story of Joseph. In this week’s Torah portion, Joseph reveals his identity to his brothers. He reassures them that he will not take vengeance on them, stating that when they sold him into slavery, this was part of a grand divine plan. How does this idea sit with us? What other aspects of Jewish tradition speak to this idea of Divine Providence? Join Rabbi Elliott to explore these questions.
