Israeli cooking demonstration (15:30-16:00)
Join Alyth member and Masterchef quarter finalist, Sam Lhoas, in this Yom Ha'Atzmaut cooking workshop where you’ll learn how to chop like a pro and make an authentic Israeli salad and hummus.
You will need the following ingredients: Cucumber x1, Ripe tomatoes x3, Red onion x1, Lemon x1, Olive oil, Salt and pepper, Fresh herbs (either parsley or corriander), Ground Corriander, Ground Cumin and a Tin of chickpeas. Optional: Handful of rucola, Sumac, Israeli or Greek Feta cheese, Nuts and seeds - any combination (walnuts, pine nuts, sunflower/pumpkins seeds) and Pitta to serve.
